ACK ČR informuje o situaci v Abu Dhabi:
Abu Dhabi – oficiální opatření:
V návaznosti na aktuální bezpečnostní situaci v regionu a narušení leteckého provozu vydal Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) oficiální pokyn hotelovým zařízením v emirátu.
Oficiální opatření
Dne 28. února 2026 byla vydána směrnice č. DCT-LRCD-560-2026 (v příloze), která ukládá hotelům v Abu Dhabi:
- prodloužit pobyt hostům,
- jejichž plánované datum odjezdu již uplynulo,
- a kteří nemohou odcestovat z důvodů mimo jejich kontrolu (zrušené či přerušené lety v důsledku regionální eskalace).
Úhrada nákladů
Veškeré dodatečné náklady na ubytování vzniklé v souvislosti s prodlouženým pobytem budou hrazeny přímo DCT Abu Dhabi.
Hotelová zařízení mají související faktury zasílat k proplacení příslušnému oddělení (Business Continuity Team DCT Abu Dhabi).

Klienti CK:
- Klienti ubytovaní v Abu Dhabi, kteří nemohou odletět z důvodu zrušených letů, by neměli být nuceni hotel opustit.
- Náklady na prodloužené ubytování mají být kryty místní autoritou (DCT Abu Dhabi), nikoliv klientem.
Oficiální opatření s přímou circular s referencí a datem zatím bylo zveřejněno konkrétně Abu Dhabi DCT, ale celková oficiální reakce UAE naznačuje, že podobné kroky v rámci welfare turistů a prodloužení pobytů byly doporučeny či koordinovány napříč emiraty v kontextu dočasného uzavření vzdušného prostoru a narušení letů.
MZV také doporučuje všem cestujícím registraci do systému DROZD MZV.

On February 28, 2026, Directive No. DCT-LRCD-560-2026 (attached) was issued, requiring hotels in Abu Dhabi to:
- extend the stay of guests
- whose scheduled departure date has already passed
- and who are unable to travel for reasons beyond their control (cancelled or interrupted flights due to regional escalation).
Reimbursement of costs
All additional accommodation costs incurred in connection with the extended stay will be reimbursed directly by DCT Abu Dhabi.
Hotel facilities should send the relevant invoices for reimbursement to the appropriate department (Business Continuity Team DCT Abu Dhabi).

Travel agency clients:
- Clients staying in Abu Dhabi who are unable to depart due to canceled flights should not be forced to leave their hotel.
- The costs of extended accommodation are to be covered by the local authority (DCT Abu Dhabi), not the client.
Official measures with a direct circular with a reference and date have so far been published specifically by Abu Dhabi DCT, but the overall official response of the UAE suggests that similar measures in terms of tourist welfare and extended stays have been recommended or coordinated across the emirates in the context of the temporary closure of airspace and disruption of flights.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also recommends that all travelers register with the DROZD MZV system. |
