Aer Lingus bude od dnešního dne (17. července) provozovat plný letový řád poté, co odborová organizace pilotů IALPA přerušila stávkovou pohotovost.
Letecká společnost byla nucena od 26. června zrušit stovky letů, kdy členové IALPA začali v rámci sporu o mzdy protestovat. Průlom ve sporu nastal minulý týden poté, co irský pracovní soud pomohl zprostředkovat dohodu mezi oběma stranami, podle níž piloti obdrží zvýšení platů o 17,75 %. Protestní akce byla pozastavena, aby odbory mohly od konce tohoto týdne hlasovat o platové dohodě se svými členy.
Všichni dotčení zákazníci byli nyní kontaktováni a pokud možno znovu přesunuti na náhradních letech. Všechny lety společnosti Aer Lingus Regional (provozované společností Emerald Airlines) a transatlantické lety společnosti Aer Lingus UK do a z Manchesteru jsou nadále provozovány.

Aer Lingus is set to operate a full schedule of flights from today (17 July) after pilots’ union IALPA suspended its industrial action.
The airline has been forced to cancel hundreds of flights since IALPA members started working to rule on 26 June as part of a dispute over pay. The breakthrough in the dispute came last week after Ireland’s Labour Court helped to broker a deal between the two parties, which will see pilots receive a 17.75 per cent pay increase. The industrial action has been suspended to allow the union to ballot its members on the pay deal from later this week.
All affected customers have now been contacted and reaccommodated where possible on alternative flights. All Aer Lingus Regional flights (operated by Emerald Airlines) and Aer Lingus UK transatlantic flights to and from Manchester continue to operate. |
